Who We Are
ÉDITIONS VARENT is a luxury ready-to-wear label producing numbered editions of considered garments. These terms govern your use of editionsvarent.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

The Edition System
Every piece sold through ÉDITIONS VARENT is part of a numbered edition. Each edition has a fixed unit count stated on the product page. When an edition closes it closes permanently. There is no restock. There is no waitlist for a closed edition. Purchasing a numbered piece is purchasing a finite object — the edition number on your garment is yours and will not be reissued.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — in the event of cancellation you will be refunded in full within 5 business days. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment — in the rare event that a piece is no longer available after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund. We do not substitute pieces or offer alternatives.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards and selected digital payment methods. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. ÉDITIONS VARENT does not store card details.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by destination and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk passes to the purchaser upon dispatch. ÉDITIONS VARENT is not liable for lost or damaged parcels once proof of dispatch has been issued, though we will assist in any reasonable investigation with the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.
ÉDITIONS VARENT does not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is a numbered edition — produced once, fulfilled once, and closed. The edition number on your garment will not be reissued and the piece will not be restocked. For this reason every purchase is considered final at the point of confirmation.
We encourage you to review sizing information carefully before ordering. If you have questions about fit, fabric, or construction prior to purchase contact us at contact@editionsvarent.com and we will respond within 2 business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or incorrectly fulfilled order — see Faulty or Incorrect Items below.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a piece that is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@editionsvarent.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange collection at our cost and either replace the piece if stock permits or issue a full refund. We do not accept fault claims raised more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery.
Intellectual Property
Everything on editionsvarent.com — the ÉDITIONS VARENT name, the ÉV monogram, the wordmark, all campaign imagery, all copy, all product names, all design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ÉDITIONS VARENT. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to the use of campaign images, product photographs, and brand copy on third-party platforms, social media, or commercial materials.
The trademark ÉDITIONS VARENT and the ÉV monogram are registered marks. Unauthorised use will be pursued.
Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you — name, delivery address, email address, and payment information. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal data with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (shipping carriers, payment processors). We do not send marketing communications without your explicit consent. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy at editionsvarent.com/privacy.
Waitlist
Joining the ÉDITIONS VARENT waitlist grants you early access to new editions before public release. Membership is free. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee availability — editions are finite and early access does not reserve a piece. You may remove yourself from the list at any time by contacting contact@editionsvarent.com or using the unsubscribe link in any communication we send.
Limitation of Liability
ÉDITIONS VARENT's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or any purchase made through it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on editionsvarent.com. Continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
